So what’s next?


Order Prep
We are getting your furniture ready for delivery. We assemble and inspect every piece to make sure everything is in top quality prior to delivery.

Order Routing 
We will route your order and provide a delivery date one business day from order placement. Our logistics partner will follow up 24 hours before delivery with a 3 hour delivery window.

Delivery Day
The team will call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Once there, they'll set everything up and finalize any remaining assembly. All you need to do is sit back and relax.

Special Requirements 
If you need a certificate of insurance, have time restrictions, or want your items delivered at a later date. Email us at help@getmobley.com and we'll take care of it.

Rescheduling your Delivery
We know life happens. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please let us know at least 3 days prior to delivery. If you miss your delivery date without notice there is a fee for redelivery.
